Author Robin Sharma, pictured below, a leadership guru who has worked with over five million employees in 62 countries and penned the bestselling book The monk who sold his Ferrari, will be hosting a half-day seminar at the Gulf Convention Centre, Gulf Hotel, on February 26.
Organisers say the event is for everyone and will help develop practical leadership skills benefiting both businesses and personal life. The seminar will be based on Mr Sharma’s latest work – Lead Without a Title - Winning Leadership Lessons to Build a Great Organisation. It focuses on helping leaders achieve their highest potential in challenging business environments.
The topics of the seminar will include peak performance tactics to do world-class work in busy times and winning culture and personal leadership lessons to stay strong amid turbulence and focused in the face of uncertainty.
Mr Sharma has over 15 years experience working with several Fortune 500 companies including Nike, FedEx, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Microsoft, IBM and NASA to help grow the potential of their leaders.
