Behbehani Brothers has eliminated the ‘hanging on the telephone’ blues for customers Ö thanks to the introduction of a centralised booking centre.
Its Service Booking and CRM Centre for Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge owners will be based above the Audi showroom in Sitra and will give customers easy access to making a booking for the service or repair of their vehicles.
General manager Peter Green said: ìWe have always been conscious that our service advisors working at the dealerships cannot always be at their desks to take our customers calls when they need to make a booking.
"Although they may be busy following up a customer’s repair in the workshop we understand how frustrating this can be to the customer holding on the phone."
The Free Phone numbers for the booking centre are Audi 80001031, Volkswagen 80001032, Porsche 80001033 and Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge 80001034.
