I WAS appalled to read in last week’s GulfWeekly that talented children here were not given the chance to audition for the Von Trapp family roles in The Sound of Music which will be staged as part of the Bahrain Summer Festival.
The producers have ignored our kids in favour of youngsters from Dubai, so perhaps we should ignore their show.
This is one disgusted parent who will not be buying tickets.
