VIVA and Microsoft have launched a new application designed exclusively for the telecom company on a Windows 8 interface.
The app allows its customers to experience and enjoy remote access to a portfolio of products and services.
This app will enable Viva customers to perform multiple functions and choose plans or new devices best suited to their needs.
It also offers them the option to browse through new promotions, select a number of their choice based on availability and pay their bills.
Tareq Hijazi, regional country manager of Microsoft Bahrain & Oman, said: “We are thrilled to partner with Viva to launch the region’s frst telecom consumer app on Windows 8; this collaboration comes as part of our commitment to supporting our business partners on their quest for superior customer-centric offerings.”
The app is available at Viva’s fagship store in Bahrain City Centre and will be progressively introduced in all its retail outlets. It will be available for download on the Microsoft store by the end of May.
