They will also be provided with health tips by medics. ‘Go Red for Women,’ founded by the American Heart Association in 2004, is supported annually and aims to raise awareness about the importance of prevention, diagnosis and control of cardiovascular disease.

Bahrain World Trade Centre (BWTC) is offering photographers in the kingdom the opportunity to capture innovative snapshots of the country’s most iconic landmark in a photography competition and post them on Instagram and Facebook. Submissions for the competition are available until June 1. To enter the competition, each participant should submit one photograph and email it to Insta.bwtc@cushwake.com.bh. A committee will shortlist 20 photographs, which will be uploaded on BWTC Instagram and Facebook pages. The public will be given the opportunity to vote for their favorite photographs from June 3 to July 1. Entries will then be shortlisted further and the three entries receiving the highest votes will win an IPhone 5 and a MODA Mall gift voucher worth BD100.
