The Elite Resort and Spa Al Noor tent offers a selection of hot and cold mezze and grills while Arabic musicians play in the background. A Summer Kids Camp will be held at the Royal Golf Club. Activities include golf, football, taekwondo, scavenger hunts, swimming and more. Rainbow For Kids, a British nursery in Muharraq, will hold its annual Summer Camp themed around Native American Indians throughout July. Red Bull’s King Of The Rock promotion invites local basketball players to compete in a 1-on-1 game at clubs across the island. The qualifying rounds will take place at the Manama Club on July 13, at the Al Ahli Club on July 14, at the Muharraq Club on July 15 and at Al Hidd Club on July 16, all starting at 10pm. Four participants will be selected from each qualifier held at the clubs and the top 16 players will compete in a final staged at the Arad Fort on July 19 at 10pm.

Capital Club Bahrain, in collaboration with Mona Almoayyed, managing director of YK Almoayyed, ex-chairperson and current patron of the Migrant Workers Protection Society (MWPS), is staging a Ramadan Art Gala on July 25 in Bahrain Financial Harbour. It will feature an art auction, musical performances and a Royal Mixed Grill Ghabga feast. The Bahrain Science Centre is hosting a number of activities and events entitled Play2Learn throughout the month. The Bahrain International Garden Show, organised by the National Initiative for Agricultural Development, will be staged at the Bahrain International Convention and Exhibition Centre from February 26 until March 1, 2014.
