Probiotics is the name given to good bacteria packaged in cute little capsules. Inside each capsule is bacteria that is beneficial and alive.
These bacteria are supposed to be inside our body on a daily basis.
They live inside our body. They form populations inside the digestive tract and the intestinal tract. But their quantities decrease during times of illness for example or when our diet is not healthy, or even some antibiotics kill these beneficial bacteria.
What is the problem?
The problem is that these bacteria are very important for your health. They form a big part of the immune system. They are like a little army that lives in our digestive system and protects us from illness. And they also produce some vitamins
So when these bacteria are reduced, our health goes down.
When do we need to take these bacteria in capsule form?
We take them, for example, during illness, during fatigue, or if stressed and your health is suffering.
You only need to take them for a short period of time and then stop; there’s no need to take them on an ongoing basis. And, you can even give them to children.
