Gulf Weekly Castle Boys thrash Master Blasters

Castle Boys routed Master Blasters by 40 runs in the Indian Club 7-a-side Open Softball Cricket Tournament sponsored by Behzad Group, Orange Garage, Berger Paints, Agil Freight Logistics andYahoo Health Club.

Electing to bat on winning the toss, Castle Boys set a huge target by scoring 73 runs for the loss of three wickets in six overs. Sarvan was the top scorer with 36 runs, while Akshay picked up a wicket conceding nine runs.

In reply, Master Blasters could only score 33 runs for the loss of four wickets in six overs, with Bharat scoring 14 of them. Srijith picked up two wickets for just two runs to put the brakes on them.
