INTERESTING comments have appeared on Facebook from a local mum on the St Chris school run, blasting expats and accusing them of being uptight and highly-strung.
“The looks on the faces, the hand signals and general attitude is really quite sad. Bahrain never attracted such miserable expats, what’s happened? Or is it you think us natives drive so badly that you have the right to be so self-righteous? My message is either relax and be nice or go back to the UK where the weather matches your attitude!”
This leaves two questions to be answered. Have local driving habits taken a turn for the worse or is the kingdom now attracting less classy British mums?
