Detox is … almond milk?

We are always talking about the benefits of almond milk because it’s an alternative to cow’s milk that is healthy and simple.
Cow’s milk has lots of hormones and side-effects. So, we always say let’s have a plant-based alternative that is rich in calcium and magnesium and at the same time is alkaline and healthy.


Today I’ll teach you a quick way to make almond milk.
Take one cup of almonds and soak them the night before or for at least six hours. Next, put the almonds in the blender and add two cups of water … you can add more water if you want it to be more diluted.
Blend the almonds with the water for about four minutes or until it’s smooth. You don’t need to remove the skin from the almonds.
Strain it in any regular strainer, cheesecloth or cotton cloth and the result is pure almond milk, ready to drink.
It has many benefits for the body and at the same time it’s delicious.
For sweetening, you can add honey or dates. For children, you can add cacao powder, strawberry, vanilla or cinnamon.
