While out with the lovely Natasha Daniels, fashion stylist (and up-and-coming TV reality show star of Blending in with Bahrainis we stopped into Oysho and discovered its 50 per cent off sale. We were amazed at the prices for swim and beachwear.
Natasha was immediately drawn to a wall of swim wear with modern cuts and colours. We saw push-up and bandeau style bikini tops for only BD3.5. There were fantastic choices for both tops and bottoms in cherry red, cobalt, sky blue, floral, stripes, denim, pastels, applique flowers and classic black, all clearing for a fraction of the price. The matching bottoms come in hipster, Brazilian and even thong cuts, also at BD3.5.
I ran into UK-born and Amwaj resident, Isabel Reynolds who was out shopping with her seven-months-old daughter Amelia and took the opportunity to browse a few summer clothes while her wee baby slept.
