The third Bluetooth watch from Casio – the G-SHOCK GBA 400 – has been unveiled by dealers Ashrafs in a roadshow held on Saturday at the Virgin megastore in City Centre Bahrain.
The G-shock is now more versatile than ever, says its makers, enabling a two-way operation of a watch and smartphone to enhance music-listening pleasure.
Wearers can enjoy music just the way they like it, for instance, by operating the smartphone’s music player from their watch using the rotary switch for such purposes as intuitive volume control.
When paired with the G’MIX App; a new music app for smartphones, the watch can control audio settings, add live effects that stimulate concert sounds and identify the names of songs from music playing nearby.
This kind of communication between key devices is an essential element for wearers’, according to industry analysts.
The GBA-400 is available in four different colours - black, black and gold, red and blue. In addition this model also features a vibrator alert, auto LED Hi-Bright, 1/100th second stopwatch, countdown timer, five daily alarms, 20-bar water resistance and shock resistance.
The timepieces, priced at BD71, are available from all authorised Ashrafs showrooms and dealers.
