The Radisson SAS Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek is introducing celebrity chefs Christian Lohse and Yves Mattagne to Palm Grill, contemporary steakhouse, for three gourmet nights.
German national, Christian Lohse is chef de cuisine at the Gourmet-Restaurant Fishers Fritz at the Regent Berlin, where his culinary creations include refined fish and seafood specialities. One of the most celebrated chefs in Germany; Lohse has convinced many critical reviewers and has worked in many renowned establishments.
Belgian national, Yves Mattagne is the executive chef at the Radisson SAS Hotel, Brussels where he is responsible for all the catering services in the hotel.
From his responsibilities, he also oversees the gastronomic restaurant of the hotel, Sea Grill. From TV shows, to culinary awards, Yves Mattagne is certainly amongst the culinary world’s most renowned chefs.
Palm Grill welcomes the duo for three evenings featuring exceptional gourmet menus including the finest of produce.
Opening night is on April 25 at 8pm at Palm Grill featuring a menu by Chef
Yves Mattagne and Chef Christian Lohse together with the finest bubbly beverages for a five-course menu for AED499 per person.
On April 26 and 27 Yves Mattagne and Christian Lohse present a six-course menu for AED499 per person for food only (additional AED160 for free flow of beverage) as well as a four-course menu for AED399 per person for food only additional AED105 for flow of beverage).
To add excitement to your journey at Palm Grill, you can enjoy classic blues and jazz tunes from the pianist and singer, Johnny Little.
