Bahrain’s Area 35 Toastmasters International conducted the annual inter-club competition at Hotel Riviera Palace, in Sehla.
The competitions were held in four categories – International Speech,Table Topics, Humorous Speech and Evaluation contests. Rekha Utham, from World Malayalee Council (WMC) Toastmasters won the first place in evaluation, and second place in international speech and table topics. Najeeb Razzaque of Pakistan Community Toastmasters won the first place in international speech. V K Haridas of WMC was adjudged first in humorous speech and in table topics. Manish Shah and Santhosh Abraham of WMC won the third place in humorous speech and evaluation contest respectively. Zahoor Ahmed and Samia Mirza of Pakistan community Toastmasters won the second place in the humorous speech and evaluation respectively. Faizal Rana of the Pakistan Community Toastmasters was adjudged third in table topics.
