It's not cricket
In an apparent backlash to recent events in the United Kingdom, a planned visit of the England cricket team to the Middle East and Pakistan is being called into question; cricket-lovers will be upset to hear. I have heard that a mini-tour was on the cards for October, to include Bahrain, Sharjah and Pakistan, but that cricket bosses are re-thinking the proposal in the light of terror-related incidents.

Salsa too spicy
Salsa dancing clubs have proven to be very popular in the kingdom, I'm learning from my contacts. Apparently, a little too popular; it seems that they encourage lewd movements and provide an opportunity for youngsters to meet in an “un-chaperoned” environment. There are moves to limit the clubs' activities, I hear.
