I’M having so much fun with my nails at the moment. Those of you who regularly partake of this page will know about my not-so-mini-but-not-quite-obsessive obsession with the nail perfect.

Having spent many years doing funky colours and designs on my nails to hide the fact that they were too thin and weak to grow properly, I finally discovered the wonder of nail extensions and the elegant French manicure took precedence over all other forms of nail art, but having found the fabulous Megan at Head to Toe I’ve started to play again after six years of conservatism.
First a variation on the French manicure, using black instead of white with a white flower placed over the black tip and now more frivolity with the cheekily named ‘I’m not really a waitress’ red with a couple of flower accents to give it a little pizzazz.
I’d forgotten how much fun you can have from something as simple as a little nail colour and have come to the conclusion that the world would be a much happier place if all us girlies used our nails as a canvas.
If you look good, you feel good and when others notice and tell you that you look good you feel even better. Feel good = be good unto others = sunshine, happiness, lollypops and rainbows. Never underestimate the power of a great nail-job!
