“Supervisors are the front line managers, so the more professional and efficient they are, the better service we offer,” said Faisal Al Asfoor, assistant training and development manager, Y K Al Moayyed & Sons, at the end of the “Effective Supervision” training course conducted by Flextrain for Training and Consulting for a group of supervisors.
The course has been carefully prepared by Dr Salman Al Fardan to tackle the roles, responsibilities and techniques of effective supervisors. “This training course is a part of our continuous development mobilisation that been fully supported and guided for the foreseeable future by our chairman Farouq Al Moayyed and our management,” said Mr Al Asfoor.
