Living beautiful has nothing to do with how your life looks and everything to do with how your life feels.

In other words, it means living vibrantly – enjoying good health and a vigorous spirit.
Have you ever thought of waking up and seeing the sunrise and being thankful for witnessing it? Being thankful that you are alive and able to spend time with family and friends?
We seem to be so consumed with worries about work, deadlines, people and finances. Hold on!
How about the many things that we should be grateful for?
The simple pleasures of life when accumulated makes you feel so blessed!
can name some, such as:
Being thankful that you have a job (while elsewhere in the world unemployment is a huge problem) – knowing that you will receive your salary every month.
Being thankful that you have food to eat and able to eat more than three times a day (others are suffering from hunger and malnutrition).
Being thankful that you and your family are in good health, have a decent house to live in and can enjoy each others company every weekend.
Being thankful for the friends that surround and support you.
Being thankful that you are alive!
I think proper programming is important especially when things go wrong – always think of the many blessings you have that gives you all the reason to smile and be happy!
So let me give you tips on how to create a beautiful life!

Exercise
The key and effective way to stay young is to exercise. Exercise, whether its gentle walk around the block or an energetic session at the gym, strengthens the cardiovascular system, boosts circulation to the body and brain, speeds up metabolism, and burns calories.
All of which gives you a vibrant skin, toned body, graceful posture, and an attractive demeanour.
Something to remember for all age groups: use it or loose it. The first “IT” refers to your body’ the second “IT” refers to your health, your personality, your looks, and your vitality.
According to health specialists, inactivity makes your muscles atrophy, your bones frail and brittle, and your co-ordination and balance disappear, other side effects include a dull complexion, sagging skin, and more wrinkles.
In the “beauty is as beauty does” department, lack of exercise affects your personality, that you become prone to impatience, moodiness, confusion, forgetfulness and irritability.
Exercise improves your complexion by boosting circulation and raising body temperature, both of which nudge blood to your skin’s surface. This makes your skin healthy and glowing.

Eating right
I can only say one thing a balance diet is the foundation to good health. But what exactly is a balance diet?
Generally speaking it is a diet comprising carbohydrates, dietary fibre, fat, protein, water, 13 vitamins and 20 minerals.
More specifically it is a diet built around a wide variety of fruit, pulses, whole grains and vegetables.
Animal protein, high fat foods, high-salt foods, highly-sugared foods, fizzy drinks and processed foods are consumed sparingly.
For those health conscious people, I have good news for you all!
