Valuable sprouts

CAN you believe that when you sprout beans and pulses they quadruple in value?
Imagine having the ability to increase the value of your food just by adding water.
Water really does give food life.

Start with mung beans if you’ve never tried this because they are the easiest to sprout.

Soak them in water overnight and then take them out of the water and keep them wrapped in a damp cloth for a couple of days. Check on them every day and keep the cloth damp but not drenched.

In about two days you’ll notice the beans grow tails and the sprouting process is complete.  Add them to your dishes and salads or eat them on their own as snack.
Do not cook. These are power houses of nutrients so enjoy the taste and the health benefits.
