Dear Stan, I would like to really thank Marie-Claire for offering her opinion on relationship issues. Just a few days back I spoke to an older friend who suggested the best way to get my husband's attention was to keep silent.
I tried it and noticed the change in him. I used to call him all the time ... a minimum of five or six times while we were both at work. Sometimes it would lead to unnecessary arguments.
Now I don't call and I onlychat to him when we're at home and it's been going great.
It's helped and alongside your excellent advice I am really looking at things in a positive way. I can really say there is someone out there who cares. I love your column - keep it going just the way it is.

Dear Stan,
I shopped in Geant last week and among the items I bought was a six-roll pack of Kleenex toilet tissues costing BD2.200 and later in MegaMart in Juffair spotted exactly the same item to my surprise priced BD1.350 - how can there be almost BD1 difference from one end of town to the other?
I can only tell you one thing - Geant has lost a good customer unless someone can come up with a good reason.

I would like to say thank you so much for supporting 'artlounge' at the Gulf Hotel by covering the event in such a special way. We are very happy that the exhibition went so well.
We will keep you updated about our further 'artlounge' exhibitions. First we are going to have an intermission during the summer. We will be back after Ramadan with two more events.
