THE latest Bud Music...Live! Event will see a return to the island of Arrested Development who wowed fans with a gig back in 2007.
The two-time Grammy Award winners, perhaps best known for one of their favourites Mr Wendal and Everyday People, will be at Coral Beach on Saturday, October 18, with supporting acts Leanne and The Meerkats.
As well as tracks from their new album Since The Last Time they will be performing plenty of crowd pleasers in this high-energy show.
The event key sponsor, Gap, has also arranged for fans to meet the Arrested Development gang in store before the concert.
Simply visit the Gap Store in Seef Mall, at 12.30pm and Arrested Development will sign your Gap purchase, postcard or you can bring your autograph book with you!
Bud Live events are all about bringing live music to Bahrain and the latest showing from Budweiser, Gap and JUMP Media, follows the sell-out date at the Rock Bottom CafŽ in June featuring De La Soul, Birmingham ska band, The Beat, up-and-comers Mama's Gun and Skank Sinatra.
The Coral Beach event promises to be a great show for music lovers with DJ Roni spinning tunes from the 70s and 80s, sultry R 'n' B star Leanne heating up the evening and the indie/reggae sound of The Meerkats to get you in the mood for Arrested Development.
Tickets priced BD 14 are available from BMMI shops, JJ's, Coral Beach Club, Krumz Restaurant and Al Osra Supermarket.
l And the next Bud Live event promises to be a real treat for fans of the classics as the late great Bob Marley's group, the Wailers, travel to the island for a performance on October 30. See next week's GulfWeekly for more about this exciting concert.
