To say a big thankyou for 25 years of sterling support, Ascott is offering an unprecedented grand prize of free stays for 25 consecutive years at any of its serviced residences worldwide.
And on top of this customers can also enjoy monthly rewards of free stays and 25 per cent off rates in over 25 cities each month.
As one of Ascott's properties, Somerset Al Fateh will offer this series of promotions and rewards throughout the year starting this month.
1. '25 Years With Ascott' Grand Draw: One customer will receive free stays for 25 years
The top reward, which has never been offered before is a complimentary three-night stay every year for the next 25 consecutive years for one lucky customer.
The deal, worth up to BD25,000, can be used at any of Ascott's serviced residences worldwide.
Customers who have stayed at Ascott's participating properties between January and December are eligible for the draw and the winner will be chosen on January 15 next year.
Every night's stay entitles visitors to one entry.
2. Monthly Lucky Draws: Free stays at any Ascott property worldwide for nine lucky winners
l From April to December, one guest will be picked every month to enjoy a three-night stay on the house at any of Ascott's proprties which include Singapore, Australia, Belgium, China, France, Georgia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Qatar, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, the UAE, the UK and Vietnam.
3. Twenty-five per cent off 'best available rates' in over 25 cities every month
Ascott is offering 25 per cent off its 'best available rates to customers who make dailybookings of up to seven nights.
Guests can choose from a list of participating properties from over 25 cities worldwide.

4. One free night a month at all of Ascott's properties
Extended-stay guests who make bookings for one month or more will receive a complimentary night for each month of stay, up to seven free nights.
