Euro Motors, the exclusive dealer and distributor for Jaguar Land Rover in Bahrain, recently held a special Drive Event for the brand at the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir.
Hundreds of visitors who were registered for the occasion were taught the ‘Art of Performance’ by putting the latest Jaguar models through their paces on the Formula One track to sample their breath-taking aesthetics, performance and handling.
Furthermore, those who wished to go for a more adventurous experience got behind the wheel of the latest Land Rover vehicles and experienced the all-terrain capability of the SUVs at the Land Rover Experience Centre.
The facility boasts spacious grounds, diverse off-road tracks and is in close proximity to the Bahrain Grand Prix Circuit and thereby, gave participants the opportunity to drive the vehicles under the guidance of professionally certified, experienced instructors on an exciting and challenging off-road course.
Simon Ellis, Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover general manager, said: “I am elated at the significant success that we were able to achieve over the course of the event, evident by the hugely-receptive public response with visitors turning up by the hundreds. With such distinguished marques as Jaguar and Land Rover involved, such success is a requisite but the turnout for the event exceeded all expectations.”
The range of Jaguar vehicles that were available included the muscular Jaguar F-TYPE, the sporty Jaguar XF and the luxurious Jaguar XJ whilst Land Rover contributed its own selection with the Land Rover LR4; the customer focused Range Rover Evoque, which is one of the most fastest-selling Land Rover vehicles; the Range Rover Sport, which is the fastest, most agile and most responsive vehicle ever produced by Land Rover, and the new Land Rover Discovery Sport, which has been billed as the world’s most versatile and capable premium compact SUV.
