Story: The story is about Che Guevara, an Argentine Marxist revolutionary, guerrilla leader, military theorist, international statesman and major figure of the Cuban Revolution. He arrives in Bolivia disguised as a middle-aged Uruguayan businessman and drives into the mountains to meet his men. On Day 26, there is solidarity among Guevara's men despite his status as a foreigner.
The film tells the story of the later conflict between his Cuban and Bolivian followers, desertion and botch-ups. There is attack by the Bolivian Army and Guevara is sick from his severe asthma.
Trapped by the Bolivian army, wounded and surrounded he is captured and the Bolivian High Command approves his execution.

Language: Serbo-Croatian Story: The year is Bosnia, 1992. Luka, a Serbian engineer from Belgrade, has installed himself in a village in the middle of nowhere with his opera singer wife, Jadranka, and their son, Milo_. Luka is preparing to build the railroad that will transform the region into a tourist's paradise, connecting Bosnia to Serbia across Podrinje. Utterly engrossed in his work and blinded by natural optimism, Luka remains deaf to the increasingly persistent rumblings of war.
When the conflict explodes, Luka's life is turned inside out. His wife Jadranka disappears on the arm of a Hungarian musician while his son Milo_ is drafted. Ever optimistic, he waits for his family to return, but Jadranka doesn't come back. Milo_ is taken prisoner and the Bosnian Serb Army appoints Luka guardian of Sabaha, a Muslim hostage.
Before long, Luka has fallen in love with Sabaha but the young woman is destined to be handed over in exchange for a Serbian captive: his son Milo_.
