Arsenal Soccer School Bahrain’s (ASSB) under-13 team finished second in Nottingham’s International Cup 2015 after losing in the final in front of the professional Irish Football Academy, while the school’s under-11 team ended the league in third place.
ASSB head coach John Mackenzie said: “The performance of Arsenal Soccer School Bahrain teams was fantastic during this tournament and we are very proud of the performance of all players and each goal we scored.”
He added: “This tournament is very important for our players to gain more experience and refine career skills as well as the opportunity to play with various and well-developed football teams especially the European ones.”
