New York Coffee (NYC) launched its new loyalty programme last night at its popular Riffa outlet. The New Yorker’s Club is a privileged membership initiative open and free to register for the public.

Customers of New York Coffee can collect points on purchases made at any of its outlets and with accumulated points redeem items from the menu and retail coffee items.

At the launch event on Sunday evening were New York Coffee’s CEO Imran Agha and his management team, along with members of the media and bloggers.

“The New Yorker’s Club is a programme where we are giving back to our customers for their loyalty to us. It is part of our greater vision and our commitment to develop and foster relationships with our customers,” Mr Agha explained.

At the event, group marketing manager, Usman Ali, added: “Receiving points and redeeming rewards are only one part of the programme. Members will also receive invitations to food tasting events, early product launches, special menu items and members-only discounts and offers.”

The event also included activities wherein participants were engaged in making coffee art and a prize was awarded to the best artist.
