VIVA Bahrain has launched a loyalty rewards programme allowing subscribers to accumulate points based on their usage, which can then be redeemed for telecom benefits including free VIVA-to-VIVA calls, SMS, international minutes, as well as additional data.
VIVA Rewards is open to all customers with free enrolment to start earning points. The programme is classified into various tiers, with bronze, silver, gold and elite levels.
Ulaiyan Al Wetaid, VIVA Bahrain CEO, launched the initiative at a launch ceremony at The Four Seasons Bahrain Bay alongside guest and former Manchester United favourite Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
He added: “The introduction of VIVA Rewards is our way of saying thank you to our customers for being part of the VIVA family and offering them a chance to earn points for using our services in exchange for rewarding experiences.”
To enrol subscribers should type ‘Rewards’ and send an SMS to 98833, can dial *98833# from their mobile, or sign in and find out more by visiting viva.com.bh/personal/rewards
