THE Cath Kidston store has unveiled its latest collection of floral bags, clothing and home apparel to prove that spring is truly in the air and summer is just around the corner.
Inspired by an English country garden theme, the pretty pastel-coloured outlet located in City Centre Bahrain launched its Blooming Lovely seasonal collection with beautiful flowery prints in fresh shades of blue, green, yellow and coral. The store was officially inaugurated last Thursday by British Ambassador Simon Martin and wife, Sophie.
Prints on display ranged from plants to wildlife and included classic roses, hydrangeas, daisies and birds. The brand even added herbaceous borders along skirt hems and on bags. The collection featured Modern Vintage turn-lock bags, crisp printed cotton dresses, changing bags, a new Highgate Rose china collection and nightwear trimmed with delicate broderie anglaise embroidery.
This is Cath Kidston’s first store in Bahrain and there are 14 overall in the region. Nabajyoti Borah, the brand manager for the Middle East, said: “We have received an overwhelming response from Bahrain and to our pleasant surprise there were many locals who knew the brand well from their visits to London.”
