The Bahrain Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BSPCA) is hosting a Delicious & Delightful Tea Party at the Sheraton Bahrain Hotel on September 17 from 2pm-5.30pm.

Gulf International Bank is preparing to host its ‘Ayadi Al Amal’ Art Exhibition at its offices in Manama. The exhibition will showcase paintings created by the children from the Bahrain Down Syndrome Society Centre.

Their work will be available for purchase with the sale proceeds being donated to the charity. An official inauguration will take place at 9.30am on September 21.

The Indonesia Embassy of Bahrain in Juffair will be hosting an Indonesian Cultural Night on September 22 at the Bahrain Cultural Hall from 7pm onwards.

It will feature an Angklung musical performance alongside other traditional songs and dances.

The Dogfather’s Grand Auction will take place at Upstairs Downstairs Restaurant in Adliya on September 30 from noon to 3pm. All proceeds will go to Tony the Dogfather’s Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre in Saar, which currently houses 400 animals.

The Bahrain Pharmacists’ Society is organising a conference titled ‘The Biologic Agents Conference: Where are we now?’ that will be held on October 26-27 at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel Bahrain.

The Bahrain Garden Club’s Garden Bazaar 2016, held under the patronage of Shaikha Maraam bint Issa Al Khalifa, secretary general of the National Initiative for Agriculture Development, will take place on October 29 at the club’s premises in Juffair.

All are welcome and entry is free. Flower seeds will be given out to all who attend, and there will be a raffle with prizes, a garden café, living walls and more.
