Fashion capitals on show at mall

CITY Centre Bahrain will be aiming to create ‘great fashion moments’ for mall visitors this season, by representing the world’s most famous fashion capitals - NYC, London and Paris - with lifesize showcases featuring the latest trends.

Visitors can look forward to a series of themed activities, entertainment and the chances to win prizes throughout this month.

Duaij Al Rumaihi, senior mall manager, said: “Staying true to its promise, creating great moments for everyone, everyday, City Centre Bahrain is bringing the latest fashion trends from the world’s most famous fashion capitals right to our customers’ doorstep.

“We are excited to offer a wide array of autumn fashion designs from our various retailers, also providing a fashion catalogue showcasing concepts on what to wear, fashion deals for the month and hosting a series of shop-and win prizes for our customers,”.

The life-size displays in City Centre Bahrain’s Central Galleria will set the mood of each capital’s cultural district, displaying the latest fashion trends, prizes, food-tastings and personalised entertainment, in a bid to provide visitors with a feeling of being in the capital without travelling too far from home.

An Autumn/Winter fashion catalogue will also feature up-to-date designs and retail offers that visitors can get their hands on at their favourite mall outlets.

Fashionistas will have plenty of styles to choose from with this season’s trendiest ensembles that mimic latest high street trends from the popular fashion capitals, the organisers promise.

Each Fashion Capital District will be showcasing the grand prizes to be won throughout the fashion month. Customers spending BD30 and more will have a chance to drive away a dream car, hailing from each of the fashion capitals such as a Mini Cooper from London, a Citroen from France and a Harley Davidson motorbike from New York.

• Every weekend of the month, from 5pm to 9pm, City Centre Bahrain will be showcasing themed activities and entertainment, modelled on each capital’s flair.
• Tomorrow, Friday and Saturday the mall will stage a Broadway show with Jazz music and dance performances immerging visitors in a typical New York atmosphere.
• On November 17 to 19, City Centre Bahrain will offer tastings of delectable French delights catered by Carrefour, guitar and accordion performances, as well as painting sessions.
• On November 24 to 26, mall visitors will ‘travel’ to the UK’s fashion capital - London - and enjoy discovering the season’s most colorful and creative fashion items while sampling traditional surprises.
