Bentley on a blitz

Luxury automotive manufacturer Bentley has a new exclusive partner in town as Behbehani Brothers take the mantle as the British elite brand’s official retail distributor in the kingdom.

As Bentley launches acclaimed models of its Continental GT and Bentayya lines in Bahrain, Behbehani will handle all new and pre-owned sales, service and warranty enquiries.

Stephen Reynolds, regional director for Bentley Middle East, Africa and India said: “Bahrain is a very important market for Bentley, and Behbehani Brothers is the natural choice for our new partner, with their experience and expertise in the luxury automotive sector providing the ideal platform for the brand to open a new and exciting chapter in its history in the kingdom”

The UK manufacturer, which is celebrating its 100-year anniversary tomorrow at its Crewe headquarters with some of its choicest clients and guests, has been on an innovation blitz this year.

It revealed the Bentley Bentayga Hybrid, the world’s first luxury hybrid SUV, which packs a V6 engine, delivering on the usual Bentley promise of a palace on wheels, while adding the most fashionable of symbols: environmental friendliness.

The marquee also recently unveiled the third generation of the new four-door Flying Spur, the first of  the brand to offer all-wheel steering, giving it a sportier yet silky smooth ride with better weight distribution and a 626-hp 6.0-liter twin-turbo engine.

The makes most popular offering in the Middle East has always been the Continental GT, being crowned the 2019 Middle East Car of the Year. The Continental GT, which was launched in the region last year, has been an instant hit with customers in the region, balancing blitzing speeds of up to 333km/h with the smartest technology in luxury vehicles.
