This season, Circa invites guests on a vibrant culinary journey inspired by the rhythm and soul of South America.
Under the creative direction of Chef Leonardo López, the restaurant unveils a refreshed menu that celebrates authentic flavours — reimagined with modern flair and artistic finesse.
Drawing from Chef Leonardo’s childhood memories, each dish is a heartfelt message to his roots. Highlights include Circa ceviche with passion fruit tiger milk (mushroom) and coconut sorbet, Josper-grilled sea bass with criolla salsa, lamb cutlets marinated in Peruvian spices and chimichurri, and braised beef cheek with tamarind sauce and sweet potato purée — each plate telling a story of tradition, passion and home.
To mark Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), Circa will come alive from October 30 to November 1, with an immersive series of themed dining experiences. Guests can enjoy specially curated dinners starting from BD30 per person, complemented by a nightly live fire performance.
The celebrations continue with a special Friday brunch, brimming with festive flair and South American-inspired indulgence. It is priced at BD32, inclusive of a soft beverage package and BD39 for a selected beverage package.
Rounding off the fantastic weekend, Circa invites guests to unwind with a Lazy Lunch on November 1 – a relaxed afternoon of delicious flavours and warm hospitality – the perfect finale to a lively celebration. It costs BD32, inclusive of a soft beverage package and BD39 for a selected beverage package, from 1pm to 4pm.
Both the brunch and the lazy lunch will continue throughout November every Friday and Saturday.
