Lebanon

On August 4, 2020, two explosions rocked the port city of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, killing over 150 people and shattering the lives of countless more as homes, offices, vehicles and other property were destroyed.

The country, which was already under pressure as a result of a struggling economy and the Covid-19 pandemic, is now in an unprecedented state of crisis.

The following organisations are raising funds and coordinating efforts to provide relief to the country in these difficult times. We encourage you to contribute on an ongoing basis, if possible, since it will take time and considerable resources for the country to stabilise.

This list is constantly being updated with any new information related to such efforts.
