What tips can you give me to help me to choose a new perfume that I will love? Should I buy eau de toilette or perfume and what is the difference between such products?

For the reader who asked where to buy carrot oil, I have found it difficult to get good quality essential oils in Bahrain but you can get them easily on the internet on several sites.
Colour your life. Colours have different, very specific vibrations and can affect your mood and health. Green is said to reduce blood pressure whilst orange can energise you.
Be more assertive. This does NOT mean being aggressive. Simply find ways not to let others take advantage of you or waste your precious time.
