After living in this country for almost 18 years, I feel it is safe to call it my home. Although I am essentially British, I have spent my entire life growing up in Bahrain, which is why I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to share my experiences and thoughts on being a teenager here.
Having being brought up surrounded by two such diverse cultures, I have been given an exclusive insight into both life as a youth in the Middle-East and as a typical British teenager.
One of the many advantages of living away from my conventional home is that I get to be part of such an impressive multi-cultural society.
