Today (April 22)
The Movenpick Hotel Bahrain, Muharraq, is hosting a Traditional Thailand series of festivities until Saturday. The event, from 7pm each evening, will feature dance shows, umbrella painting and traditional Thai cuisine.

The Dilmun Club, Saar, will be hosting a kids’ disco from 5pm-6.30pm costing BD2, inclusive of buffet and soft drink. Both members and non-members are welcome, with normal guest fees applied.

Tomorrow (April 23)

The next St Christopher’s Cathedral Concert will be held at 6pm, featuring the Bahrain Chamber Orchestra under its leader David Hlawiczka. They will be playing a programme which includes Grieg’s Holberg Suite and Bartok Romanian Dances.

The BSPCA Mega Music Quiz will be held at the Dilmun Club, Saar, at 7.30pm. All questions will have an animal theme and feature music from the 1960s to 1990s.

Friday (April 24)
Palm Beach, located at the Amwaj Marina in Amwaj Islands, is hosting its season-opening party from 3pm-midnight. Tickets cost BD10 and the dress code is beach wear.

Royal Golf Club’s Links Friday Carvery Brunch features a range of starters, live cooking stations, traditional carved meats, desserts and more.

Monday (April 27)
The Royal Golf Club is launching new fitness and leisure activities on Monday nights from 6pm, open to both ladies and children at the country club. For tiny tots there are now Baby Clay, Baby Sensory, Little Rhymes and Bricks for Kidz classes while older children can enjoy basketball, football, mixed martial arts, swimming classes and ballet. Ladies looking for ways to increase their strength, agility and overall wellness can now sign up for new Hatha Yoga, Odaka Yoga, Kangoo Jump or Belly Dancing classes. All classes are open to the public with prices starting from BD4 per class for members and BD5 per class for non-members.

Tuesday (April 28)
Entertainment+ is bringing its latest stage production to the Cultural Hall, Manama. The Tiger Who Came To Tea will be performed at 8.45am and 10.45am today and tomorrow, with an extra performance at 4.30pm tomorrow.

The annual Health and Wellness Expo will take place at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre, Sanabis, from today until April 30.

The event will have participation from international and local businesses including private hospitals and clinics, health clubs, specialised wellness clinics and institutions involved in health care, cosmetics and beauty care, fitness and health management, and nutrition. 

The expo will be free admission for all and take place from 10am-7pm daily.
