A BRIGHTER, greener building will start to take shape in the kingdom in September, promising residents an eco-friendly environment with spacious interiors to move into.

The 40-storey tower will glow throughout with LED lights and be located in the popular Seef area close to City Centre Bahrain and neighbouring malls.

Oxygen, dubbed ‘the eco luxury’ destination by its developer Maaster Project Management, was unveiled at last week’s Gulf Property Show. However, according to Naveen Raghu Poojary who handles IT for Maaster, the contemporary structure which features more than 230 units is already partially sold or reserved.

Mr Poojary said: “This project is truly awesome and had attracted a lot of attention at the show because of its structure and beauty. People couldn’t believe this was being built in Bahrain and thought it was a building in Dubai because it’s not a very conventional design.

“We are offering stylish properties with great amenities. Floors full of apartments were booked before the 36-month project even began. We will use LED lights and a cooling system to make it eco-friendly and sustainable materials will be used throughout. During the property show another whole floor was booked!”

The tower will include apartments ranging from 56 sq/m to 152 sq/m. There are 138 one bedroom apartments, 74 two bedroom apartments, eight triple bedroom duplexes, four penthouse duplexes, four duplex sky villas and two presidential suites.

There will also be commercial offices, a home theatre and game room, a lounge and serviced guest rooms.
Health buffs will be able to enjoy a workout at a gym, there will also be outdoor and indoor family swimming pools, plus one for children, a yoga room, squash courts and jogging track. Other amenities include a Jacuzzi and steam room, an amphitheatre and coffee shops.

A one bedroom apartment starts from BD47,000. For further details call 17261288 or visit www.maastergroup.com
