The Dadabhai Group’s property development division has revealed that its latest award-winning family-focused residential project, Seef Terraces, is now ready for handover … four months ahead of schedule.
Located in the heart of Seef District, the BD18m 29-storey freehold tower comprises 173 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with large private terraces. Construction work on the project was completed last December, only 19 months after development began in May 2016.
“We designed and built Seef Terraces to offer comfort, convenience and a luxurious family lifestyle, all at a value price,” said Dadabhai Group Properties MD Shabeer Dadabhai. “We are happy to announce that we will be handing over the units to buyers’ way ahead of the delivery date.”
Amenities include a landscaped play area for children, BBQ deck, multi-purpose hall, cinema, games room, tennis court, squash and basketball courts, jogging track, fully-equipped health club with sauna and Jacuzzi for women and men, an infinity pool, sun-deck and outdoor Jacuzzi on the rooftop level. The building has also been designed to be earthquake-resistant.
The double-height lobby and reception areas are ‘warmly inviting’ and ‘evoke a luxurious feel’. There are three elevators and a service elevator, four levels of parking, a high-tech CCTV security system and qualified facilities managers, he added.
The project’s sales agent, Pegasus Real Estate’s MD Aziz Mithaiwala, said more than 70 per cent of the apartments had already been sold to buyers that comprise of 19 different nationalities.
The developer has entered into a partnership with Khaleeji Commercial Bank to offer mortgage facilities. Prices start at BD63,500 for a 64sqm studio apartment and the 181.8sqm three-bedroom apartment starts at BD165,000.
