THE Fairmont Hotel Dubai has launched an Escape to the City brunch-and-stay package.

Slip into your weekend in style every Friday starting with a champagne brunch at the hotel's award-winning Spectrum on One restaurant and once you've gorged to the max, you can have yourself wheeled upstairs to sleep it all off in one of the hotel's luxurious guest rooms — overnight.
This means you can enjoy all the hotel's facilities, such as the spa and pools. The entire deal is priced at Dh899 per couple. Add-ons include 10 per cent municipality fees and 10 per cent service charge.
'Our market feedback indicates that more and more people are staying in the UAE through the summer. By offering exciting and value driven packages, the Fairmont Dubai is able to create 'mini-holidays' per se,' says Kent Cooper, the hotel's director of sales and marketing, Middle East and Africa. Other packages include a family get away, 'Stay 2 pay 1' special on all two-bedroom suites.
Also up for grabs at Spectrum on One are early dining opportunities, offering 41 per cent off your food bill when you dine early. This special discount applies to food only, for up to 16 guests dining between 6.30 and 7.30pm.
The 394-room hotel, with its architecture inspired by a barajeel or Arabian windtower, is situated on Sheikh Zayed Road directly opposite the Dubai World Trade Centre and is 20 minutes away from either Dubai airport or New Dubai.
Guestrooms and suites retain their individuality thanks to a palette of relaxing colour schemes with bold accents, reflecting multi-cultural influences from Arabia to Europe and Japan.
