An Indian School agreement with the Bahrain Training Institute to provide advanced computer education is expected to benefit more than 100 pupils in the coming academic year.

School executive committee honorary chairman Radhakrishna Pillai said the Cisco Networking Academy Programme would initially involve students of grades nine and 11, but would later include grades 10 and 12. The announcement followed the signing of the agreement between Mr Pillai and BTI director-general Hameed Saleh. Cisco area academy manager for the GCC, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Yemen, Mu’men Suliman, and BTI deputy director Fadhel Rabea were present.
