Following the success of the recent Tiger Beer Singapore Chilli Crab Festival, in Dubai, Tiger Beer is teaming up with the Singapore Tourism Board and International Enterprise Singapore once again, to present a week-long celebration of national gastronomic delights during the ‘Tasty Singapore Food Festival’ at the Radisson SAS Hotel Dubai Media City.
Singapore’s internationally renowned celebrity chef, Violet Oon, will be overseeing the promotion, which will run from March 17-22 at the new restaurant, Chef’s House, at the Radisson SAS Hotel Dubai Media City, and will be preparing authentic Singaporean meals and desserts for Saturday brunch, evening buffet dinners, and a gourmet set-menu dinner on the last night. “Singapore is an Asian hub in terms of economic prosperity and also culinary diversity in the same way as Dubai is in Middle East,” said Francois Galoisy, executive assistant manager, Radisson SAS Hotel Dubai Media City. “Violet Oon, as an internationally renowned food guru, was invited to deliver the most exceptional culinary experience, taking place on the occasion of Chef’s House Restaurant opening.
