More often than not this means: “I-don’t-want-to-be-left-alone-but-I-want-you-to-see-that-for-yourself-and-choose-to-stay-of-your-own-volition-because-then-I’ll-know-you-really-care-and-when-you-do-stay-you-better-find-a-way-of-getting-me-out-of-my-funk-without-me-telling-you-how”. Of course as with all things feminine, every now and then “I just want to be left alone” means just that and if you don’t give your woman some space when she asks for it you will more than certainly live to regret it.
