Plot: A 10-year-old Lebanese boy named Zozo lives in war-torn Beirut. His family plans to escape the daily bombings by immigrating to Sweden where Zozo’s grandparents already live, but unexpected circumstances force him to travel alone. The story is mainly about him trying to get to the airport to catch his flight then adjusting to life in the Scandinavian country. The film was Sweden’s 2005 submission to the Academy Awards for foreign-language film.
