Hi friends,
It is hard to imagine that there was a time when mobile phones and the internet were not in use. When did you last meet someone who does not have an email account or a mobile telephone number?

In the past, a child was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Given a choice, a child would now prefer to be born with a Blackberry in his hand! We are now literally living in a global village and everybody is just a click away.
One argument against the communication revolution is that it is bringing people closer electronically but separating them physically.
My cousin told me that sometimes she chats with her husband on the computer while sitting in different rooms within their home (does that sound romantic to you?).
Many people believe that mobiles, internet and security cameras encroach upon our personal liberties. Have we become prisoners of our own surroundings?
Bye,
Syeda Maria
