wednesday (Dec 5)Film - Meet the Forkers on MBC2 at 9pm.In this sequel to Meet the Parents, Gaylord Fred Forker (played by Ben Stiller) is engaged to Dina and invites her family to Miami to meet his parents. Hilarity ensues as father of the bride, ex-CIA agent Jack Byrnes (played by Robert De Niro) and his wife meet Gaylord's parents who are as different from them as is humanly possible. Great fun for all the family.

THURSDAY (Dec 6)

Film - Black Hawk down on MBC2 at 11pm

A Ridley Scott classic starring Josh Hartnett, Ewan McGregor and Tom Sizemore. Based on the novel of a true story, this tells the tale of a near-disastrous mission that saw 123 elite US soldiers dropped into Mogadishu, Somalia. A large gunfight ensues between them and Somali gunmen which results in the destruction of two US Black Hawk helicopters that then leads to a rescues mission to save a captured crash survivor.

Film - The Devil Wears Prada on Star Movies at 9.30pm

Andrea 'Andy' Sachs (Anne Hathaway, The Princess Diaries) is a bright young woman who has just graduated from college and wants to work as a writer.

She applies for a job at Runway, America's most prestigious fashion journal.

Once she lands the job, Andy quickly learns that magazine boss Miranda (Meryl Streep) is a diva with power who's endless demands would test the patience of a saint.

SATURDAY (Dec 8)

Far From The Madding Crowd on UKTV at 7pm

This powerful adaptation of Thomas Hardy's classic novel spins a story of passion and destruction set in the 19th century. It follows the life of Bathsheba Everdene, an impulsive, flighty and bewitching young woman with a fiercely independent nature who ensnares - and almost destroys - the lives of three men.

SUNDAY (Dec 9)

Series - The Nine on America Plus at 7pm

This is the short-lived but unique and compelling story of nine relatively strangers who are held hostage in a bank robbery gone wrong. Entertaining and thought provoking, this is well worth a watch despite the series being cancelled after the first season.

MONDAY (Dec 10)

Series - Red Cap on BBC Prime at 10pm

Starring Tamsin Outhwaite as new team member Jo McDonagh, this a drama about a British Military Police Special Investigation Branch based in Germany. Gritty and realistic this is a great series that's well worth watching. Love it!

TUESDAY (Dec 11)

Reality Series - Jack Osbourne: Extreme Life Coach on MBC Action at 8pm

This is the follow on to Jack Osbourne Adrenaline Rush which saw waster son of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne amaze us all by taking on and conquering various adrenaline pumping exploits. In this latest series Jack Osbourne is the life coach in charge of passing on his knowledge and experiences to help five desperate juveniles get back on track and realise their potential.
