Located behind Jawad Dome in Budaiya, this intricately designed villa is situated in a quiet, friendly up-market neighbourhood, with a range of amenities such as markets and eateries nearby.
The family friendly home welcomes you with its Mediterranean and Arabesque design and what will soon be a breathtaking surrounding landscape.
Located inside a compound, the salmon-coloured villa is the first thing that catches your eye, followed by the large patio leading to the private swimming pool and long balconies that encircle the house.
The owner of the property appointed renowned interior designer and architect, Janan Habib, to design the house.
Ms Habib said: "The architecture is a mix between local and Mediterranean architecture, resulting in a modern contemporary style.
"The main layout of the villa is absolutely functional. It keeps comfort, space and proportions in mind and, together with the client's input, these focuses have been instrumental in getting the final result."
The lady of the house was thrilled with the finished product.
"I think the finishing touches are simply beautiful," she enthused. "The outside landscaping is also unique, and when the final touches are done, there will be a Japanese rock garden which will only add to the mellow atmosphere in the area."
Doors are important features of homes as they welcome us in and out, and the main door of this property is beautiful. Made of solid teakwood, it was inspired by an old Moroccan design and has intricately interweaving wooden details. The frame is made of stone composite material, intricately detailed to maintain a traditional feel.
Just within the entrance there is a domed ceiling, dotted with glass which allows the light through, from which an Arabian-inspired lantern hangs.
The interior of this property is stunning with built in cabinets, sleek and modern lighting and state-of-the-art facilities.
Throughout the property there is a real sense of space emanating from the high ceilings and the grand expertly-proportioned rooms.
To the right of the lobby is a large reception room with built-in shelving, divided into a dining area by a low wall.
You can escape to your very own Zen garden through the reception room.
The dining room leads to the kitchen which is filled with the latest in home appliances. There is a marble counter top island, with steel fridges and plenty of cabinets and shelving units.
The kitchen also has a big storage room and a separate room within where you can lock up your belongings when away on trips.
The colour scheme and silver finishing complement the luxurious, modern kitchen which as with all well-designed family homes, forms the heart of the house.
"The kitchen is the heart of the villa," explained Ms Habib. "All rooms lead to the kitchen."
Beyond, the family room is the most generously proportioned room and overlooks the pool.
The family room is laid out with parquet flooring and sliding doors lead to the spacious porch and private swimming pool which is shaped in an elongated curve resembling a moat.
The family room also consists of another guest bathroom with a shower that can be used by those at the pool.
The guest bedroom is also on the ground floor and has a dressing area and ensuite bathroom.
Some of the major assets of this house are its bathrooms, all five of which are chic and luxurious. A highlight is the guest bathroom.
Ms Habib explained: "The concept behind the guest bathroom is that there should be nothing to block the beautiful view of the garden. Also the best part is that the vanity area takes the shape of a water fountain. It's very unique."
As for the three bedrooms on the second floor, Ms Habib said, "As you can see the rooms are well proportioned and spacious. The dressing areas are well designed and cater to the home owners proper needs."
The master bedroom is beyond spacious and boasts a large walk-in closet and a lavish ensuite bathroom with stand-in shower and tub. Luxuriously, all rooms consist of a dressing area and ensuite bathrooms.
Outside, the balcony snakes around the villa, starting from the master bedroom on one side, and another balcony can be seen on the back side that connects from the laundry room and kitchenette.
A staircase from the upper kitchenette laundry area leads to the ground floor service corner. A tiny staircase on the second floor leads to the exclusive part of the house, which is the pitched-roof study room that overlooks a lovely view of a garden.
As for the outdoor amenities there are a maid's quarter, a changing room, a driver's room and a double garage with plenty of room for your guests to park.
According to Ms Habib this villa is all about happiness.
She said: "It allows one to dream of happy moments within its walls as well as outside them."
