Meena 7 is designed for family living ... and offers an array of amenities for all ages and desires.

Be it business, education, recreation or fitness, all aspects of life appear to be seamlessly entwined to epitomise the multi-faceted seven towers.

Entrance intercom, circuit monitoring and 24-hour roaming security personnel will ensure a family's safety as well as creating a warm sense of refuge at all times.

Located on the south side of the Town Centre of Al Marsa Floating City, Meena 7 is only seven minutes away from Manama, the heart of Bahrain.

Meena 7 is one of the many towers that can be found on the stunning man-made Amwaj Islands. Combining residential, commercial and leisure facilities, Meena 7 offers residents direct access to the Saudi Causeway via the new Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Bridge in addition to being in close proximity to Bahrain's International Airport.

The seven towers are similar to a modern village, comprising of a private beach offering various water sports, a playground, business centre and soon-to-be facilities such as a Theme Island, shopping malls and a school.

With unsurpassed recreation for both parents and children, the children can play happily in the Theme Island and enjoy the indoor/outdoor swimming pool and adults can make full use of the state-of-the-art health club and spa housed within the towers of Meena 7 that feature a Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

There is something for everybody in this versatile village-style environment that makes every day feel as though you are on vacation.

Basement parking is provided for each unit holder, with guest parking provided outside the building. Every tower at Meena 7 is also well-equipped and serviced with all the necessary facilities to assure a lifestyle of luxury and comfort.

Other amenities offered to residents include visitor lounge, beach restaurant, internet line and air conditioning system.

Meena 7 has a combination of one, two, and three bedroom apartments within its towers, suitable as a starter home or for the new couple next door.

At the moment, Star International Real Estate has a stylish fully furnished one bedroom apartment on its books, designed by their in-house designer Anabela Blofeld.

Anabela is an associate member of the British Interior Design Association and offers a design service to assist purchasers feeling overwhelmed after purchasing a new home.

She explained: "We offer a full interior design service or we can be a client's consultant on an hourly basis. We also provide day consultations where we show the client where to shop."

For those buying or renting a property, Star International Real Estate can help with the search and choose the best furniture, layout, and colours for that new found apartment promising to maintain an individual's identity within a budget.

Anabela added: "I will take the client around to all the shops and advise them where to buy the necessary items they require and then they can go ahead and do it themselves.

"Many new homeowners have difficulty in finding the time to find the right things for the right price. It can be difficult fitting items together that are also not very expensive.

"The problem is that most of the good items go very quickly so you have to keep constantly aware of what is new on the market and make quick decision because by the next time you go back for that item you desire it could be out of stock.

"There are a lot of new properties right now so a lot of people are out to create the perfect ambience within their home."

The Star one bedroom apartment is spacious and boasts a beautiful sea view from two terraces, one from the bedroom and the other from the dining room.

Filled with modern furniture and an array of art work, it still manages to maintain a cozy, lived-in feel with the pleasures of having the latest in home entertainment systems. The kitchen has been redesigned and comes fully-equipped with all the utensils and appliances an owner will need to become a culinary genius.

Anabela said: "When decorating an apartment I tend to use my surroundings as a stepping stone. Since the apartment was facing the sea, I felt the property had a very holiday/beach feel to it and I wanted to emulate that in my design. I created a fusion of art and nature."

The bathrooms were also re-vamped, with a sleek stand-in shower in the en suite bathroom.

Anabela explained: "We added a shower enclosure to the bathroom which makes all the difference. Finishing touches are very important.

"Homeowners should be able to move freely, comfortably and securely in their home. I believe that I have created a functional and modern feel by fitting in the right items within a given space."
