The WMC Toastmasters is set to host 'The Last Shade of Grey' on May 9 at the Gulf Air Club in Salmabad at 7pm.
The play, an adaptation of Shakespeare's tragedy Othello and is written by Suresh Karunakaran.
It is set in the early 1930s in Arabia - on the verge of the oil boom.
Gathering talents within the club the play explores the idea that Shakespeare's tragic dramas become a mirror in which society can observe and change.
