The iconic BFB Tower in Seef district is likely to be completed in 24 months, it was announced last week.
"We are venturing into the freehold developments with BFB Tower in Seef district, introducing a signature development that incorporates the latest and advanced concepts in international high rise design," said Bin Faqeeh Real Estate chief executive officer Saleh Mohammed Faqeeh.
"Its the first of its kind in Bahrain, sports a twisted, curving shape, creating the most convenient working environment, a new benchmark for corporates in Seef," said Mr Faqeeh.
"The site is already taken over for the piling jobs and the construction to be completed within 24 months."
The BD30 million development designed by Andalus Engineering Consultancy is for mixed commercial with a vast base covering an area of 778 sq m dedicated to high end retail, plus 29 floors of office space.
The main construction contract has been awarded to Master Construction in co-ordination with Bahrian Precast, Almoayed Electricals and Ashley for the glass works.
