Come May 22, the seventh season of American Idol comes to a climax.
And, Star Middle East has announced a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for its Middle East viewers to watch the grand finale of American Idol (Season 7) Live in Los Angeles.
Viewers who wish to participate need to register for an audition to sing, on Friday. Registrations can be done by calling 009714 3912333, or by logging on to www.starselect.com. The choice of song has to be in English. The contest is open to all Middle East residents, above the age of 21.
The contest will be judged by three eminent personalities, appointed by Star Middle East.
The winner, to be chosen on Saturday, will receive an all expense paid trip to LA, to be part of the audience who watch the grand finale of American Idol.
If you want to be among the first to know who's struck a chord with viewers, tune in to American Idol on Star World during the weekly telecasts on Wednesday and Thursday at the following times:
Wednesday - 1pm (direct off satellite) and 8pm (Primetime Encore), Thursday - 4am and 11pm (next-day repeat);
Thursday - 1pm (direct off satellite) and 8pm (Primetime Encore), Friday - 4am and 11am (next-day repeat)
